Rates

Weekly rates for two people from € 390.00 for low season up to € 1.200.00 for high season.

Tourist tax € 2.00 per day per person for a maximum of 7 days (children up to 12 years free).

To confirm the reservation, 30% of the total cost of the stay must be paid.

The reservation is validated only upon receipt of the deposit.

We accept the following payments: cash, credit cards, debit cards and wire transfers.

The balance of the stay will be made at the same time as the delivery of the keys. In case of payment by bank transfer, it will be necessary to wait for the credit to be credited.

At the time of check-in, all guests' valid documents will be requested, useful for the necessary registrations.

Upon arrival, € 100.00 will be paid for a security deposit, which will be returned at the end of the stay if there are no damages and / or problems in the apartment and everything is in order.

Obligatory final cleaning:

• Conchiglia, Coral, Sea Pearl and Starfish Apartment: € 70.00;
• Sabbia apartment: € 80.00;
• Sirena apartment with attic: € 100.00.

Our prices include consumption of electricity, water, gas and wi-fi.

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

For personal needs of the guests, check-in may vary (times to be agreed in advance).

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before check-in. In case of cancellations made before 30 days of arrival or in cases in which the guest does not show up on the agreed date, you will not be entitled to a refund of the deposit and full payment of the reservation will be required.

In the event of early departure, no discounts or refunds will be made on the sums delivered in balance.

The owner is not responsible for items stolen or disappeared within the structure.
